We hope you love shopping with Mad Hatter Celebrations. Here are our terms of use policies to help make sure we meet your expectations.


Your order is not confirmed until we have received cleared payment in full. Payment is required to be received by us no later than 7 days after purchase. If your payment is not received by the seventh day, we reserve the right to return to stock any ordered products.

When making payment via credit card or PayPal you agree to use these methods according to our instructions. Madhatter will not be liable for delays in processing your order if these measures have not been followed. By placing an order on madhatter.com.au, you consent that you have read and understood all returns and warranties information, and are aware of our return policy procedure. All local orders are sent via Australia Post and a signature on delivery may be required. madhatter.com.au will not be responsible for lost, missing, or stolen articles once the tracking shows that the parcel has been delivered, however, we can assist you with making an inquiry or filing a claim with the carrier.

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
